Quality Assurance Plan

Team ATG's quality assurance support capability for this proposal comes from our established corporate Quality Process derived from industry best practices. Our proven quality control process ensures the Navy mission is accomplished and all assigned performance objectives and thresholds are achieved. Our Quality Process always includes a program Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) that identifies roles, responsibilities, and authorities for inspection, identification, and resolution of issues. This process has resulted in the delivery of a highly praised Mission Command Modernization Strategy for the Headquarters Department of the Army, G8 that defines the strategic direction and way ahead for all Army tactical communications and mission command IT systems across a portfolio valued at $20 billion. Team ATG consistently applies our process across each QA task and contract to ensure we provide responsive contract management and documented, rigorous QA peer reviews. This mechanism ensures the highest possible standards are met for each supported program and/or project. Its implementation has resulted in on-time deliverables within budgeted cost with superior results. If the deliverable is an engineering report, specification, or briefing, our QA consists of a peer review by team members to include examination of the document structure to ensure objectives, goals, and scope are clearly defined, assumptions are clearly stated, analyses or simulations are clearly outlined and technically sound, and that the conclusions and recommendations are supported by the analysis. At a minimum, we implement monthly QA meetings between Team ATG and the customer. Any QA issues are documented and processed for resolution.

Since our inception, ATG has led teams composed of different companies to support the successful delivery of products and services to our customers. ATG established a project office and/or functionality to monitor execution of all awarded tasks. We have been able to bring aboard and retain highly skilled personnel who understand our customers and their requirements and routinely deliver superior products and services. Under the project office construct, each subcontractor negotiates roles and responsibilities for each task as defined in a released Statement of Work (SOW). We clearly identify responsibility for each deliverable and ensure it meets the highest standard based on our corporate quality assurance methodology. A Program Master Schedule is developed that depicts the contract schedule, as well as all significant milestones which are approved by our customer. Formal reviews are conducted at each milestone to ensure all obligations are being met and to ensure our customers are satisfied with our progress on the task. Interspersed between formal reviews are regular internal In Progress Reviews (IPRs) conducted amongst the team members to provide status on progress, identify any challenges, and to develop solutions before they become problems. Items of interest that are regularly reviewed are project schedule, work quality, customer feedback, budget and any schedules variances. Our strong professional relationship with our subcontractors allows for a free flow of information among team members. Our team members agree to understand ATG's expectations prior to embarking on any task. This increases our synergy on each task and provides increased customer satisfaction. We ensure our customers are supported by one integrated team, rather than a conglomeration of numerous organizations of differing skills and procedures. The satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance.
